Elementary School in Volyně was completed in 1914, Secondary Technical School in the summer of 1933. The interval is small, but the cultural contrast is huge. Viktor Šulc designed the strictly symmetrical, East facing “Lhasa” and Václav Kolátor designed the purist “Bauhaus” that is lavishly placed in space.
