Pražská street is the main Liberec promenade. It had been the residence of the rich bourgeoisie. After the large department stores had been built in the city, this street has become empty. The high-priced shops, banks and offices disappeared. It became a street of empty flats and gambling rooms. The elegant street changed into a street of young “future artists”, who must dig deep into their pockets. Open studios and flats of architects, artists, photographers…
