The stroll with architect Dušan Řezáč shows the (un)successful buildings and reconstructions, which affected the floorscape and the atmosphere of the whole town. Strakonice (and many other Czech towns of the same size) is full of second-rate “architecture”. But there are some new buildings, which the city has needed for a long time (roofing of the winter stadium, district archive, senior citizens´ home, rental house in the park, transformation of an industrial building into a sports and relaxation centre, Velké náměstí etc.).
